Meat and Chanterelles at Meat Club

The season of the brightest summer delicacy – chanterelles – has started at Meat Club restaurant. Restaurant Chef Roman Shubin cooks buckwheat, risotto and pappardelle exclusively with chanterelles.

Meat dishes with mushrooms are worth paying a special attention. For instance, Chef serves Chateaubriand steak and Beef Stroganoff with mushrooms. And rib eye is offered with a chanterelles sauce.

  • Buckwheat with chanterelles – 300 rubles; 
  • Risotto with chanterelles – 800 rubles; 
  • Pappardelle with chanterelles – 750 rubles;
  • Chateaubriand steak – 2700 rubles; 
  • Rib eye topped with chanterelles sauce – 1500 rubles.
