Moscow Branches from Anatoly Komm at Gastronom

Moscow brunches are elegant dishes of European and Russian cuisine in Anatloly Komm’s author’s execution. There are two options: per 1900 rubles and 2500 rubles. In the first case the brunch is recommended to start with mimosa rolls with northern shrimp then cep mushroom with truffle injection is served as a hot starter; the main course is steamed halibut with mussels juice white sauce and berry ptifours are for a dessert. As a second option, rolls with dressed herring, scallop fudge, vinaigrette ice-cream are served for a starter; then goes fresh trout on rose Himalayan salt, soup with cep mushrooms with foie-gras and truffle cappuccino; baked pig with light mashed potatoes and mastarda sauce is offered as a main course and Tula gingerbread – as a dessert.  

As a bonus to brunch there is a beautiful capital panorama and good parking. By the way, brunches are served until 7 pm.
