Month of Japanese Cuisine at Zhukovka Restaurant
The culinary program ‘World Cuisines’ has started at Zhukovka restaurant: each month is dedicated to a particular country and its special culinary features.
The first cuisine presented by Chef of Zhukovka restaurant Evgueny Tsvetkov is Japanese. A special menu of Japanese cuisine is waiting for the guests for the whole month: fresh sushi and rolls cooked per original recipes.
It’s worth mentioning that Evgueny Tsvetkov had an internship with Tom Kurakawa, fourth-generation Chef and co-owner of several restaurants in New York.
