Natalia Kuchina, the Chef of pizzeria, advises to start from chicken liver pate (480 rubles) which is served with jam made of ginger and onion and also with rye croutons. Flatfish is cooked in the own smokehouse (100 g/150 rubles) and aromatic baked ham (100 g/200 rubles). Baked pumpkin so demanded in the winter is served by Chef in salad with fried Adygei cheese, fried sweet pepper and pine nuts (680 rubles), while rich rassolnik on beef tails is poured in a loaf of Karelian bread (430 rubles). 

As a main dish, it definitely should be pizza. It is baked on rye or corn flour which gives a special flavour to the dough. The Chef recommends pizza with meat balls. Ham, mushrooms, jalapeno pepper Mozzarella and Pilati sauce (860 rubles), Bolognese pizza with broccoli (780 rubles) and pizza with baked ham from the own smokehouse (720 rubles). 

For a dessert which is definitely recommended to indulge yourself with in the winter, there are prunes stuffed with nuts, cooked in port wine and served with mascarpone and vanilla bread roll (450 rubles) and latte ‘gingerbread’ with marshmallow (380 rubles).
