So, as salads and cold starters the visitors are offered classic Nicoise with red tuna (450 rubles), orange carpaccio with goat cheese and estragon (350 rubles), salad with caramelized ginger, pear and gorgonzola (350 rubles). According to your wish, these salads might be dressed with chicken breasts from fire (100 rubles), Parma ham (150 rubles), tiger prawns (250 rubles) or cep mushrooms with garlic and thyme (290 rubles).
The summer menu also includes sushi and rolls, pasta and risotto, seven soups - from borsch with sour cream (290 rubles) till Tom Yam with shrimps (320 rubles). Dorado, smelt, sea bass, duck breast, veal and lamb are grilled on birch charcoal. As for a dessert, apart from tiramisu and cheesecakes, you"ll be offered classic Soviet dessert for two persons (390 rubles), camomile Panna cotta with sauce (250 rubles) and chocolate pancakes with fruit and mascarpone (290 rubles).
