Every Tuesday Chef of Fish Bazaar restaurant Renzo Desario conducts individual master-classes for those who like oysters and would like to know more about them.  

Renzo will advise those who want to participate in master-classes how to open oysters and what kind of cutlery to be used to eat oysters, he will also recommend suitable wine setting off the delicate taste of shell fish. Besides, Renzo will cook a classic wine sauce for oysters together with you standing at your table.
