Best Identical Dishes of Spain at Lizarran

Lizarran restaurant has prepared a surprise for those who like Spanish cuisine – a new menu including best dishes typical for different regions of Spain.

The menu has been worked out by the Brand Chef of the chain Jorge de Angel Moliner, the author of the famous culinary best-seller “Spanish man. Spanish Culinary Sketches in Russia” and popular blog about Spanish cuisine in Russian.  Among new items in menu there is cod brandada with Piquillo sauce, gazpacho-manchego soup with quail, chicken and mushrooms, Iberian black pork steak and of course new paellas cooked according to all rules of the legendary dish.
