Summer is time when culinary palette is full of bright and light tastes and combinations. Chef of PPL Dmitry Yakovlev offers a new menu dedicated to main seasonal characters – chanterelles and wild strawberries.

Salad with chicken liver – 550 rubles;

Broccoli cream-soup with shrimps and chanterelles – 540 rubles;

Halibut with chanterelles and truffle sour cream – 790 rubles;

Rack of lamb with fried chanterelles and sauce with five spices – 1120 rubles;

Wild strawberry soup with vanilla ice cream – 990 rubles.
