Together with a team of cooks and Chef Ruslan Akhmedov she created new cosmopolitan summer dishes.
The most interesting position is author’s burger with tava-kyufta (340 rubles). This is an Armenian hamburger with bright sauces, juicy greens and tender beef ?C it is very tasty!
In the salads section there is Chutney (390 rubles) with potatoes and beef, Blendberry (330 rubles) with chicken, Dorblu cheese and pomegranate sauce, Bangla Road (320 rubles) with pork ears. It’s worth tasting cream roll salad with salmon, scallop and tobiko (350 rubles).
Duck stewed with vegetables and Provencal herbs is very tasty: it’s served with wild spelt wheat and dressed with sage (430 rubles).
Steamed pike perch (360 rubles) is of great interest in the summer - it is very nice and healthy!
