Summer News in Menu of Zhukovka Restaurant

Along with arrival of summer warm days Zhukovka restaurant presents an updated menu from Chef Alexander Zibirov to the guests’ attention.

The summer menu gives the preference to salads with various ingredients: try low-salted salad with asparagus and vegetables (550 rubles) or salad with roast beef, pepper and feta cheese (750 rubles).  

Cold soups so popular in the summer are added to the menu: traditional okroshka on own-made kvass or kefir (550 rubles), gazpacho (550 rubles), beetroot soup with tongue (550 rubles). 

Among hot courses pay attention to reindeer cutlets with wrapped cabbage (750 rubles) and northern red snapper with baked vegetables (925 rubles). 

And own-made lemonades will help to satisfy thirst (from 350 rubles).
