Summer Menu at VietCafe: Combine Incompatible

The new menu is available at the Vietnamese cuisine restaurants VietCafe. With incoming of the summer Concept-Chef of this chain Chan Man Hung decided to surprise the guests with the most unexpected ingredients.

The aromatic soup with Mong Toy herb and shrimps, salad with banana leaf, eel on grill with sauce made of tomatoes, spices and herbs. Chan Man Hung brought recipes from the far corners of Vietnam.  

The card of summer drinks also seems inspiring. The cocktails have absolutely unexpected combinations. You can’t help trying strawberry with balsamic or green tea with carrot fresh… It goes without saying that drinks served in jars will be enjoyable for big groups!
