Chef Yevgeny Yeroshenko let the fantasy go on and offered the guests interesting summer dishes.

He replaced potato with green apple in the traditional Mimosa salad and garnished it with young asparagus and raspberry which gives it light and summer fresh taste (460 rubles). 

The chapter of salads and cold starters also includes a salad with homemade goat cheese, avocado, young asparagus, fresh raspberry and nut sauce (480 rubles), warm salad with duck liver with spinach and honey & mustard seasoning (430 rubles), Caesar with quail baked on charcoal (540 rubles). 

A list of first courses has been replenished by rich lamb soup with spinach and egg (410 rubles) and meat okroshka on kvass (360 rubles). Apart from that, there is a special summer offer for cold soups at Chestnaya kukhnya. You may try gazpacho (330 rubles) already now and the next one in the list is supposed to be beetroot soup. On weekends Chef Yevgeny Yeroshenko offers homemade open pies with various fillings which will change every week.
