Summer Menu at Brasserie Bridge

For the first time Brasserie Bridge is going to open a summer terrace styled after French street cafes in June. On this occasion Chef Regis Trigel has developed a new summer menu.

The starters chapter includes selection of smoked fish (eel, oily fish, hot smoke salmon) with tapenade (750 rubles), meat delicacies (duck, chicken, beef and mutton – 1050 rubles), cold fried marinated vegetables (zucchini, eggplants, tomatoes, artichokes and sweet pepper – 590 rubles). Another new dish is a salad with Cantaloupe melon and Bayonne Ham (750 rubles).  

As a first dish, there are some cold soups offered: tomato soup with langoustine (750 rubles), frappe with green peas and fresh mint, cucumbers and yogurt (480 rubles).
The menu also contains hot fish dishes and seafood: squid battered with tartar sauce (450 rubles), Baltic smelt with lemon (750 rubles), slightly fried Butterfly shrimps with sauce (400 rubles), grilled sea bass with eggplants and Bierge sauce (1050 rubles) and baked whiting with tomatoes, basil and romanesco cabbage (1350 rubles). As a side dish, they offer young potatoes with sour cream and chives (250 rubles).
