Italian restaurant Mama’s Pasta presents the summer menu with a flavor of Tuscany for its guests.

Cold soup Giulia – 370 rubles – based on sour cream and mustard with cucumber, radish, veal, dill and spring onion; Salad with asparagus with Empoli shrimps – 740 rubles; Risotto with asparagus – 510 rubles – Arborio rice with asparagus, fresh tomatoes, thyme, cream, Parmesan cheese, garnished with basil; Livornian baked trout – 720 rubles;
Berry jelly Livorno – 240 rubles – whortleberry, raspberry, currant jelly topped with sour-cream sauce, garnished with mint and grated almond.
The summer menu is available until August 31st.
