Wine restaurant Le Sommelier Pinot Noir is glad to offer its guests an aromatic Mediterranean summer menu. Chef Gabriele Algarin Vega created dishes perfectly combined with excellent refreshing wines daily performed for tasting in glasses.

Chef Gabriele Algarin Vega created dishes perfectly combined with excellent refreshing wines daily performed for tasting in glasses. Sophisticated salad with Rucola lettuce, strawberries and Roquefort cheese (580 rubles) is accompanied with Californian Chardonney 2009 Hess Collection (690 rubles). Wine bouquet is disclosed with honeysuckle tones followed by flavors of apple, pear and nectarine, lasting in clear taste with bright acidity and notes of citrus, fruit and white flowers. It"s a delicate combination for those who prefer unusual flavors.
Piquant spicy shrimps with mango sauce (900 rubles) are offered to shade in rich fruit flavor of Clos de Murairesb 2010 Cotes de Provence from Bernard Magrez (600 rubles). Complicated bright wine bouquet is possessed of incredible freshness with thin mineral notes - this is what required for city summer heat.   
Fine Dorado fillet with almonds and papaya (950 rubles) will perfectly supplement rich Baigorri Blanco Fermentado en barica 2007 Rioja (660 rubles). Its tender mineral taste is supported with truly flavors summer herbs, mountain honey, white flowers and mellow yellow fruits.
Le Sommelier Pinot Noir season menu also includes pumpkin soup Green (380 rubles), spicy turkey loin soup (400 rubles), Portobello salad (650 rubles).
