The summer is in full swing and Jan Primus restaurants decided to refresh the menu with nine light Belgian dishes. You may join in ‘tasty’ Belgian art at Jan Primus restaurants during the whole summer.
Summer menu includes:
- Okroshka on kvass with ham and chicken - 257 rubles
- Gazpacho - 257 rubles
- Salad with fresh vegetables and goat cheese - 257 rubles
- Salad with duck fillet with fruits - 357 rubles
- Salad with Parma ham and Mozzarella - 337 rubles
- Cold soup with strawberries - 317 rubles
- Grilled lamb brisket with potato scone and special sauce - 752 rubles
- Selection of brochettes: veal, chicken, cherry potatoes in bacon - 459 rubles
- Strawberry flambé with pancakes and mascarpone cream - 287 rubles
- Mango Panna Cotta with berry sauce - 239 rubles.
