Only unusual festivals take place at the elegant Cafe Michel. In the summer the main ingredient of the special menu was lavender but now it's chestnut:

Salad with quail and chestnuts;

Foie-gras with chrysanthemum petals served with chestnuts puree and cherry sauce; 

Chestnuts cream-soup; 

Pearl-hen with side-dish a la forestiere and grape sauce; 

Beef sirloin with cep mushrooms and chestnuts; 

Creme-brulee Green Tea with chestnuts and chocolate cream;

House biscuits with berries and chestnut mousse; 

Chestnut ice-cream;

Macaron with chestnut flavour; 

Latte with chestnut flavour.
