There is a nice seasonal offer at Bochka restaurant: Chef Igor Bednyakov recommends to enjoy marrow dishes. This vegetable, the closest to pumpkin, is appreciated for its taste and wonderful dietetic qualities.

Among new dishes there are familiar to all marrow fritters served by Chef with cheese sauce (490 rubles). The other tasty offer is a layers cake made of marrows with mild cheese and green peas mousse (420 rubles). For sure, it’s worth tasting Italian option – marrow noodles in cream sauce with smoked breast (590 rubles). 

Bockha warns: “We advise to hurry up with your visit as the marrow season (our marrows come directly from the garden) will end up with the first frost!”.
