The Chef of Il Camino Restaurant offers the summer menu consisting of culinary new items especially pointing out fresh seafood and tropical fruits.
The Chef offers the guests to taste light salad with ginger and sheep cheese, Nicoise with fresh tuna, salad with salmon and green asparagus, salad with Parma and caramelized melon, warm salads with lobster and peach, octopus with sprat sauce and comb with mango tartar.
The summer menu includes also okroshka (vegetable or meat on kvass or on kefir), two kinds of gazpacho - with crab meat and strawberries, avocado and cucumber with tuna tartar, and also seafood cold soup with lobster. As a main course, the guests might be served Fregola pasta with lobster, linguini with crab (for 2 persons), risotto with comb and melon, goatfish with wongole sauce and artichokes. As for a dessert, you may choose raspberry shake with mango and vanilla ice-cream and fruit Macedonia with fresh wild strawberries.
The season menu has been worked out by the Chef especially for opening summer terrace having soft sofas and being lapped in flowers and greenery in the very centre of Moscow city.
