For instance, the Chef"s salad includes fresh juicy tomatoes, tender Mozzarella Buffalo cheese, green asparagus, Ruccola, green and black olives and lemon-olive seasoning (520 rubles); cheese basket (390 rubles) is served with mushrooms and balsamic sauce.
