Outstanding Chef Maximiliano Alaimo, the youngest owner of three Michelin stars in the world, will be having a tour at Golden restaurant on April 17-22. Culinary "Mozart" - this is how the Chef of Italian Le Calandre is called, will be having performance under the Martell Pure Gourmet festival.
Within his tour at Golden restaurant, the famous Italian will demonstrate 2 options of author"s menu: a la carte and set-menu, each of them includes 6 excusive courses especially created for Martell Pure Gourmet festival.
On April 18th there is gala-dinner organized for invited guests, partners of the restaurant and stars. Maestro"s master-class will be the culmination point of the dinner when maestro will show author"s culinary "tricks" to the guests. He"s called "Mozart at oven" not by chance: Maximiliano is a true master creating the harmony on a plate able to keep delicately the balance between traditions in creating the taste and innovations in serving a dish.
