Michelino Gioia’s Culinary Tour at Syr (Cheese) Restaurant

The culinary tour of Italian Chef Michelino Gioia will take place from 12th to 15th of November at Cheese restaurant (The Cesar restaurant, 1* Michelin, Rome).
Gala dinner in four hands will be the main event during this visit together with Chef Mirco Dzago.
The cuisine concept from Michelino Gioia discloses modern interpretations of Italian classic. Compilation of passion and persistency, technical experience and creativity, imagination and balance — the Chef can surprise the guests with unexpected decisions both in taste and in way of serving dishes.
A unique culinary show and master-class “Menu in four hands” for all who like Italian cuisine and Italian spirit will be performed at the gala dinner on November 14th at Cheese restaurant. Two Chefs Mirco Dzago (Cheese restaurant) and Michelino Gioia (The Cesar) — will gather again at the kitchen after 10 years to demonstrate their mastership to the guests.
Gala dinner will start at 8 pm.
