Culinary bistrot Entrecote included into the Restaurant syndicate belonging to Kirill Gusev is launching a new project – pop-up restaurant format, very fancy today: not only professional Chefs but also actors, artists, journalists and restaurant reviewers will be creating food in the kitchen every 2-3 weeks.

TV presenter and food blogger Elena Usanova will be the first to have such culinary tour.
The author was looking for inspiration while travelling over different countries and communicating with Chefs of the best foreign restaurants. However, it didn’t prevent Elena from declaring love to native products. She says that only Russian products will be used during her culinary tour at Entrecote restaurant.
The menu from Elena Usanova includes: sea bass fillet fried in flax seeds with sauce made of Druzhba curd bar, rabbit aspic with carrot mousse and parsley, white roots soup-puree with smoked duck and coriander, the bunch of autumn vegetables with the sauce of smoked eel and wasabi, Japanese amberjack tartar with baked eggplant puree and fresh tomato, also yogurt Panna Cotta with red pepper jam and celery marmalade. You may try dishes from Elena Usanova at Entrecote from 17 September to 1 October.
