Gala dinner with red Bourgogne wines will take place at Pierre Gagnaire restaurant Les Menus on Friday, March 1st.

The gala dinner menu includes: 

Fresh langoustines with vegetables, 

Muslin made of champagne, olive oil and passion fruit; 

Duck breast;

Homemade boar bresaola with fry fruits; 

Rack of roe deer with mashed sweet (batata) potatoes, cabbage leaf; 

Grand Veneur sauce; 

Selection of French cheeses; 

Marmalade and black currant meringues. 

The full set will cost 20 000 rubles per person.
