Friuli-Venice Julia at La Serenata Restaurant

La Serenata restaurant decided to introduce the guests the cuisine of Friuli-Venice Julia province.

Ages ago they used to be two independent regions of Italy but now Friuli has assimilated lots of Venetian features. Local people even speak their Friulian or Furlan language and the closer you approach eastern parts, the more influence of Slavonic cultures you feel. Certainly, all this could not help to find reflection in local culinary traditions.

  • Spaghetti with branzino and nettle cream – 490 rubles; 
  • Veal tongue with mountain herbs, polenta and cream-mustard cream – 480 rubles; 
  • Medallions with San Danielle ham – 490 rubles; 
  • Friulian polenta with Cotechino sausage – 680 rubles; 
  • Agnello La Serenata – 850 rubles; 
  • Budino al cioccolato – 280 rubles.
