Festival of Thai Tom Yams at Jay Restaurant

Immediately after travelling to Thailand in March Chef of Jay restaurant of Pan-Asiatic cuisine Sergey Nikolayev has created a special Thai menu valid from April 15th until May 15th.

Based on traditional broth for Tom Yam, Sergey Nikolayev cooks the sauce of the same name. The broth should be more concentrated and rich as the Chef seasons hot courses with it. 

Extracts from the menu:

Tom Yam Pla - soup on fire with seafood and bamboo - 219 rubles;

Tom Yam Kung - soup on fire with shrimps and coconut milk - 259 rubles; 

Tom Yam Kai - soup with chicken breast and galangal in coconut milk - 239 rubles; 

Tom Yam Nya - piquant soup with tender beef with galangal, lime leaves and magnolia-vine - 239 rubles; 

Glass noodles with seafood and Tom Yam sauce - 279 rubles; 

Squid rings in coconut shavings and rice with cashew - 279 rubles;

Royal shrimps with sweet chili capsule and Tom Yam sauce - 479 rubles.
