Festival of Tartars at Myasnoy Klub (Meat Club)

On February 1st - 28th Tartar Festival will be organized at Meat Club restaurant: Chef Roman Shubin has created a special menu where there are four seafood tartars and four kinds of tartars, namely lamb, beef, reindeer and veal.

Meat Club restaurant will be cooking various tartars along with the other permanent positions from the menu in February. Chef Roman Shubin will offer French cuisine dishes to those who like meat: beef (990 rubles), veal (600 rubles), lamb (600 rubles) and reindeer (920 rubles).

They are worth tasting with seasonings: greenery, onion, egg yolk, Worchester sauce, Tabasco sauce, capers, cornichons, mustard or Parmesan. Meat tartars will be served with brown bread croutons and Pesto sauce. And those who prefer fish, will have a chance to try different recipes of salmon (490 rubles), tuna (920 rubles), sea bass (820 rubles) and scallop (800 rubles). 

Their taste will be likely to disclose with cucumbers concasse, goat cheese, spring onion, lime juice, olive oil, orange and lemon zest. Fish tartars will be accompanied with wheat croutons and Pesto sauce.
