Open Kitchen is performing a Festival of Pan-Asiatic cuisine at Buddha-Bar Moscow. The Chef of Buddha-Bar Monte-Carlo Eric Guillemaud will open a Festival of Pan-Asiatic cuisine.
On February 20th live show Open Kitchen will present a Festival of Pan-Asiatic cuisine at Buddha-Bar Moscow restaurant when the special guest will be a star French Chef fr om Buddha-Bar Monte-Carlo Eric Guillemaud. The festival will take place from 19th to 23rd of February at Buddha-Bar Moscow, wh ere you will have a chance to try dishes from the menu especially created for it.
During this even at Buddha-Bar Moscow Eric Guillemaud will disclose the secrets of cooking dishes from traditional Pan-Asiatic cuisine. The culmination point of the evening will be a culinary performance Open Kitchen with participation of star couples who will cook special Beef Tataki, a dish from the special festival menu, under the guidance of E. Guillemaud and Radjesh, the Chef of Buddha-Bar Moscow.
