Meat Feast at Durdin Restaurants

The winter culinary project under the title «Meat Feast», the first one this year, has started at all Durdin restaurants.

The festival menu is rich in Russian recipes. So, home meat intermediates are served with boiled potatoes and a salad with low sour cucumbers; fried beef sausages (460 rubles), reindeer brisket chops (620 rubles) and lamb sirloins (620 rubles) are offered with tomato salad, sweet onion and pomegranate seeds. You will definitely appreciate veal ham (680 rubles) and lamb shoulder (650 rubles) which are baked for 5 hours and served with a meat pie.   
We also recommend tasting thick hunter’s pottage (280 rubles) with quail meat and chanterelles or consommé with meat balls (260 rubles). Among hot courses there is Wellington beef fillet (820 rubles),  Osso Buco with a side dish (680 rubles) and Delicate raviolis (440 rubles).
