Seafood Festival at Cantinetta Antinori

Scallops, squids, crabs, shrimps, langoustines and octopuses are the main characters of the Seafood Festival which is currently taking place at Cantinetta Antinori restaurant.
During two weeks Chef Mauro Panebianco is cooking dishes using generous gifts from the bosom of the sea. The Italian maestro offers to evaluate an interesting culinary combination of fried squids with chanterelles (950 rubles) and to try risotto with langoustines, shrimps, fresh asparagus and piquant truffle aroma (1400 rubles) during the festival. Fried squid alla pescatora with sweet pepper caponata (1400 rubles) and baked shrimps, scallops, octopus with seasonal vegetables (1800 rubles) will give the whole palette of tastes to the guests.
