Festival of Young Vegetables at Tan Restaurant

Within the festival of young vegetables from LavkaLavka Chef of Tan restaurant Li Chiang is offering special dishes cooked of summer farmer's vegetables in Asian style.  

"Thanks to the main ingredients, the Vegetable mosaic combines a nice gamma of taste and a wellhead of vitamins. Meat mousse with shrimps makes a recipe especially piquant, - says Li Chiang. - Shu Se  means "vegetables" if translated from Chinese. I've collected the whole palette of valuable microelements. Besides that, color of the dish cause healthy appetite. Farmer's vegetables are a priori fresh, tasty and what is more important, very healthy".
