ZhArkoye ZharkOye Festival at Durdin Restaurants

Iv.Durdin restaurants on Volgogradsky and Michurinsky prospects invite for a traditional winter culinary festival ZhArkoye ZharkOye (Hot Roast Meat) since January 22nd!

It is so nice to enjoy warm and cozy ambiance in the cold winter sitting with a cup of some nice drink. And what might warm you up better than hot and aromatic dish?

The Chef’s offer of the restaurant chain includes tender and juicy meat, mushroom aroma, vegetables giving a special fresh and piquant taste – all this is tender roast veal with mushrooms in the pot; there is also young rabbit with a pinch of cumin or roast fish made of river perch and pike perch.

For real gourmets the special menu contains gigot of the juicy mutton stewed in aromatic spices and dark beer as well as cassoulet with smoked pork ribs with potatoes.

Durdin also recommends to try new home liqueur to the hot dishes: old world cherry liqueur made on mellow cherries or traditional teas which will warm you up in any frosts.
