Filimonova & Yankel fish houses present a new collection of fresh fish and seafood: Fish&Fashion Festival is taking place here from November 12th to December 8th. Andrey Serdin, Brand Chef of Filimonova & Yankel, has worked out his own culinary Lookbook just like a fashion designer.

It includes four courses offered by maestro to match with thoroughly selected accessory – fine wine.
Fish&Fashion menu includes: noble Dorado with juicy cherry tomatoes stuffing, Calamata olives on tender fennel sauce (1160 rubles); ceviche made of salmon with asparagus, lettuce leaves, Pesto sauce and cherry tomatoes (560 rubles); salad with shrimps, squids, dried tomatoes, Portobello mushrooms, avocado and red caviar (760 rubles); salad with tender salmon, shrimps, lettuce leaves, orange segments, avocado and lime sauce (660 rubles).
