The culinary pleasure festival Taste Extravaganza will start at GLOBO on September 9th. Oysters and mussels are the main characters in September!

Mussels will be offered as saute, marinated, fried and baked.
Lovely oysters will be selected for the festival: Pousse en Claire Label Rouge, Classic Gillardeau, Ostra Regal – Royal oyster, Utah – best Norman oyster, Irish Beia Maraa, Plate de Marennes (flat marennes) – deep water oyster.
Based on the sorts of oysters and mussels, the sommelier will offer most suitable drinks.
