The Festival of Black Cod from Alaska is carried out at Gastronomica Fish restaurant since December 16th. A set of three courses with black cod is expecting the guests per super-price 1100 rubles.

Brand Chef of restaurant holding Gastronomica Artem Dobrovolskiy will cook only 100 sets with the queen of Alaska black cod.

Alaska is famous for supplying natural seafood all over the world. On Alaska where ocean water is considered to be one of the cleanest in the world, and non-natural nutriment is forbidden in the state by the government, wild fish gets caught in abundance – salmon, black cod, crabs.

Black cod is considered to be the queen of Alaska by right. Its meat has high content of fat acids Omega-3 which makes this fish an excellent source of high-quality protein for human beings.  

You may enjoy sweety, tender and at the same time rich taste of black cod from Alaska in a set consisting of three dishes: Carpaccio, soup and steak.
