Festival of Dishes from All Over Italy at La Serenata

The new culinary project «The Festival of Dishes from All Regions of Italy» has started at La Serenata restaurant where the first out of twenty regions will represent Lombardia.
The main festival aim is to introduce the dishes of each of 20 regions of Italy to the guests. New dishes will be appearing at La Serenata menu every month. The cuisine of big and very rich Northern region of Italy Lombardia will open the festival.
These are festival dishes:
Tender cream-soup with pieces of sweet pear, cream and aromatic rose pepper (470 rubles);
Amaretti tortelli with filling made of baked pumpkin and almond biscuits (520 rubles);
Milanese brisket (1100 rubles) - juicy lamb brisket battered in fine slice of bacon and gold breadcrumbs with sauce made of meat broth, white wine, sage and Cherry tomatoes.
These Lombardian dishes and many other will be represented in the festival menu of La Serenata restaurant until February 15th.
