Belgian Beer Festival at Yan Primus Restaurants

The Russian first run of legendary ales Gordon Finest Scotch and Genevieve de Brabant Double from the Belgian brewery Timmermans which belongs to descendants of famous brewer John Martin, will be special pride of the festival.  

Recognizing the unique value of beer first run, Brand-Chef of Yan Primus chain Alexander Kuzmin created a festival menu emphasizing a strong beer flavour of these famous marks. In Chef’s opinion, nothing better suits elite Belgian beer than beer courses made of fresh farmer’s products. So, the special offer presents: cold snack with baked pork (352 rubles), with French fries and horseradish (352 rubles); grilled brisket of lamb with cheese scone and special sauce (795 rubles); marble beef side stewed in cream-mustard sauce with cherry potatoes (597 rubles); quail baked in bacon on lettuce leaves  with fresh vegetables (377 rubles). During the Festival the guests will also be offered Fest soup with sausages and beer (325 rubles), huge chicken sausage with dried tomatoes, sauerkraut and marinated cabbage (992 rubles), baked chicken wings in Tanduri Masala seasoning (382 rubles), salad with roast beef and cornichons, crispy marinated onion, lettuce leaves, toasts with homemade salt cheese (357 rubles).  Those who like various tastes may order a big selected plate: cornichon chicken, veal brochettes, spicy sausages with cheese, Bavarian white sausages, marinated cabbage (857 rubles) – and may experiment its combination with beer.
