For a starter there is tuna Carpaccio (550 rubles), warm salad with quinoa and shrimps (970 rubles), and grilled Provolone cheese (750 rubles). El Gaucho guests have a chance to try summer cucumber soup with salmon (600 rubles) and to choose beef tenderloin steak as a main course (1100 rubles).
Summer desserts are another pride of the restaurant. Ginger in syrup with goat cheese (600 rubles) and strawberry baskets (350 rubles) are especially tasty in the summer. Among drinks there are lemonades in 1-litre carafes offered to the guests: orange (650 rubles), apple (650 rubles), coconut (600 rubles) and mate (550 rubles).
