On the hot summer day you may start your meal with light Venetian salad with seafood, vegetables and sea bass fillet seviche (740 rubles) with a glass of champagne Delamotte (499 rubles). Among hot starters and soups, there are dishes worth mentioning such as aromatic lulya with eggplants in tomato sauce (560 rubles) and soup with Tuscan trout and smoked duck (580 rubles).
For those who prefer meat, there is a very tasty dish in the menu – lamb shoulder with sheep cheese (1290 rubles). Those who like fish and seafood should taste tender black cod with Venere rice, tomatoes stuffed with spinach and pine nuts (1290 rubles) or grilled seafood with green asparagus and Ponzu sauce (1220 rubles). The dessert carte also has sweet novelty – Viennese waffles: chocolate with raspberry or with caramelized orange (410 rubles), cold dessert Semifreddo with pineapple (410 rubles).
