Detox Menu from Nish Joshi at Osteria Della Piazza Bianca

Detox menu is valid at Osteria Bianca for the whole summer and gets updated every two weeks. It consists of a great variety of smoothies, breakfasts, starters, soups, gluten-free pizza and pasta, light desserts. 

These are the extracts from the menu: 

Carrot and celery with ginger cocktail - 220 rubles;

Rice porridge on honey with black and white sesame - 250 rubles; 

Sea bass fish soup with saffron, cinnamon and spinach - 350 rubles; 

Pasta fregola with ricotta and steamed asparagus - 400 rubles;

Black cod with asparagus - 890 rubles;

Half a chick with spinach - 400 rubles; 

Forest berries with thyme, honey and nuts - 360 rubles;

Lemon cake with poppy seeds and almonds - 280 rubles.
