The Chef of Beefbar Pavel Petukhov keeps searching new suppliers willing to offer high-quality products per moderate prices for his project.

For more than a half of the year Mr. Petukhov has been coopearting with farmers from Voronezh region who supply Black Angus beef of the excellent quality to the restaurant. So, the Chef decided to cook a special tasting set with the beef. It includes four courses from the main menu. The courses are cooked of Black Angus beef made in Voronezh:

Sashimi with Black Angus fillet; 

Salad with roast beef Black Angus and tonnato sauce; 

Borsch with oxtails and roast beef Black Angus;

T-Bone steak with mashed potatoes and cep mushrooms. 

The set will cost 4290 rubles.
