Gifts of Russian Rivers at Romanov Restaurant

The festival of fish cuisine “Gifts of Russian Rivers” is taking place at Romanov restaurant in Peter I hotel in August.
Restaurant Chef Alexey Sleptsov played with old Russian recipes and performed them in new modern interpretation. The menu includes classic Russian salad with hot smoked salmon (340 rubles), dressed herring (290 rubles), sterlet smoked with vegetables (1190 rubles), fillet of pike perch with spinach in cream sauce (690 rubles) or sturgeon baked with crab meat and potatoes (890 rubles) and many others.
