Give Quiche!

Yekaterina Makarova, new Chef-confectioner at Cafeterria, decided to mark her arrival with something completely new for the chain and introduced a quiches chapter in the menu.
The menu includes two traditional French open pies – quiche with onion and fresh greens and quiche with smoked breast, cervelat sausage, tomatoes and greens. Quiche with honey mushrooms and potatoes is homage to Russian culinary traditions. Quiche with chicken and champignons is a kind homemade story and quiche with Adygea cheese and spinach takes us to Caucasian culinary traditions. The menu also includes rich pie with young rabbit and vegetables (sweet pepper, marrows, potatoes, champignons, onion, greens) and piquant quiche with leek.
