Chef of Moscafe Restaurant Alexey Semenov offers to try organic menu – apart from classic spices, he adds healthy chia seeds in dishes. At the account of high concentration of nutrients they satisfy hunger for a long time and give satiety fast.

New healthy starter is pesto with eggplants and cereal bread (420 rubles). Bread is baked of unyeasted dough and special flour with fried chia directly at the restaurant. Only seasonal vegetables are used for Organic salad - baked beetroot, row pumpkin, daikon and celery.  The salad is dressed with Guacamole sauce made of avocado, spirulina, lemon juice and yogurt.  Regular risotto is cooked of quinoa with cauliflower and chanterelles (480 rubles). There is even pasta but made of durum wheat: only two kinds of pasta include number one - with artichokes, meadow honey mushrooms and beetroot juice (570 rubles) and number two with spinach and Mozzarella (570 rubles). For a dessert it’s worth trying stewed quince with saffron and   coneflower, served with jasmine sorbet (280 rubles).
