The festival of porridges is starting on May 12th at Chestnaya Kuhnya and will continue for 2 weeks.

“Schi and porridge is our food!” Chef Sergey agrees with it and offers to try porridges not for breakfast or as a side dish but as a full hot course. Those who prefer seafood will like rice porridge with crab (670 rubles) and bulgur porridge with marinated black cod baked in oven (620 rubles). Those who prefer meat Chef recommends buckwheat porridge with duck stewed in own juice (640 rubles) or lentil porridge with stewed fowl (650 rubles).  

There is also a dessert – Gueriev porridge cooked in stove with crispy crust, nut, vanilla aroma and fresh raspberry (460 rubles).
