Burger Revolution or Most Expensive Burgers in Moscow

This is available only at Bison steak houses and only for real men. Even such usual food as burgers might be culinary interesting and expensive. How is that possible you will ask? Read further and you will get an answer to this question.
Fr om April 1st to May 15th Bison steak-house chain will be offering the most expensive burgers to its guests, namely three exclusive masterpieces: Wagyu Burger, Steak Burger and Lobster Burger.
Wagyu Burger consists of famous Japanese Wagyu beef with foie-gras escalopes cooked in black truffles sauce and mango chutney with red currants. It costs 1850 rubles.
Steak burger is a fine option of classic burger. Regular cutlet is replaced with marble rib eye steak marinated in red wine and mixture of ten herbs. The taste is accented with Spanish baked pepper combined with jamon iberico recebo. It is accomplished with aged Swiss cheese Gruyere and volcanic Hawaii salt. It costs 1750 rubles.
Lobster Burger is exclusive because it is grilled on lobster neighbouring with tender king crab. Light sauce with guacamole with Chilean avocado and rose Himalayan salt will make the taste unexpectedly piquant. It costs 1950 rubles.
A glass of Zinfandel accomplishing enjoyment of burgers will go as a gift from Bison house.
