The menu includes famous lagman (219 rubles) from Chef Evgueny Cherednichenko, qistibi with tender potatoes and crispy onion (159 rubles), salad with stewed duck and chanterelles (399 rubles). For sure, you shouldn’t miss other season dishes with chanterelles, for instance potato flapjacks with chanterelles sauce (259 rubles) and duck leg with buckwheat risotto and chanterelles (599 rubles).
For a main course, Chef recommends to taste farmer’s lamb shoulder with baked eggplants sauce (850/150 = 1399 rubles).
