Shrimps tian (430 rubles), Tandori chicken salad (380 rubles), fried comb with celery puree and salsa verde (450 rubles), wontons with crab and plum sauce (500 rubles), crab-cake with chutney made of mango, pineapple and Rucola leaves (530 rubles), Foie gras with caramelized mango and chocolate sauce with wasabi (450 rubles), Laxa spring-roll with Ponzu sauce (400 rubles) are offered to the guests as starters.
Among cold soups you can find gazpacho with salsa made of tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese (300 rubles), cucumber soup with crab (420 rubles) and Asian soup with noodles (300 rubles). As hot courses, Maxim Filimonov offers carp fillet fried on charcoal with zucchini fritters and Beurre Blanc sauce (560 rubles), grilled lamb on Thai noodles with tomato sauce (850 rubles), risotto with Peking duck (650 rubles), fried black cod with mashed potatoes, wasabi, poached egg and mushroom ragout (1200 rubles), Thai chicken in red curry sauce with jasmine rice in bamboo leaves (550 rubles).
