After summer vacations one of the most popular dishes at Bochka restaurant is returning back: young bull on birch charcoal will be spit-roasted every Friday again.
Integral parts of this dish are both a big piece of tender ‘smoked’ meat and the cooking procedure on open charcoal in the centre of the hall.
One portion will cost you 2190 rubles (300 g). The price includes Okhotnichiy sauce.
