Chef of Bochka restaurant Igor Bednyakov found the best suppliers of fresh fish from different corners of the world and performed a new offer consisting of five new fish dishes. 
Silver perch is served with mashed potatoes, spinach, champignon and asparagus mousses dressed with milk foam with truffle oil (1350 rubles). White salmon is fried with pumpkin seeds and served with cheese ravioli in tomato sauce with fennel topped with white balsamic cream (1450 rubles). Catfish is served with fried potatoes, dried tomatoes, garlic, cep mushroom sauce and rosemary (1100 rubles). Barramundi is served on a table-cloth made of leek and carrots with steamed vegetables under olive oil and citrus caviar (1300 rubles). Halibut is fried with caramel made of hop and forest nut and served with Tamarillo caramelized in honey and passion fruit sauce (1150 rubles). 
A special fish menu is available for the whole summer.
